NotebookLM Export ("we", "our", or "the Extension") is a browser extension that helps you export content from Google NotebookLM. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data We Access

The Extension accesses:

• NotebookLM content - Your notebooks, sources, and chat history when you initiate an export
• Notion account - If you connect Notion, we access your workspace to create pages

Data We Store

• Notion OAuth tokens - Stored locally in your browser to maintain your connection
• No server-side storage - We do not store your NotebookLM content or personal data on our servers

Data We Process

When you export content:

• Your content is sent to our server for processing (markdown generation, PDF conversion)
• Content is processed in memory and immediately discarded
• We do not log, store, or analyze your content

Third-Party Services

• Google NotebookLM - We access your data using your existing Google authentication
• Notion API - If connected, we create pages in your Notion workspace
• Modal - PDF generation is processed by Modal's serverless infrastructure; content is processed ephemerally and not retained

Data Security

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. OAuth tokens are stored securely in your browser's sync storage.

Your Rights

You can:

• Disconnect Notion at any time through the Extension
• Uninstall the Extension to remove all locally stored data
• Request information about your data by contacting us
